1a. What forms of payment are accepted by Click DVD House?
• We gladly accept payment by Visa credit / debit cards.
1b. When will I be billed for my purchase?
• As we have to specially order each set for shipment, you will be billed for your purchase upon submission. All orders are shipped within 1-2 working days of successful processing of payment.
1c. Are there alternative forms of payment accepted? I do not trust credit card companies...
• Yes, if you do not wish to make credit card payment, please contact our customer support staff for payment via Western Union Money Transfer.
SHIPPING:
2a. What are my shipping options when purchasing from Click DVD House?
• Orders are shipped via Express courier Priority Airmail service, and delivery will take approximately 6-8 days to most destinations. All orders are shipped once payment is successfully processed!
2b. Is there any way I can receive my order more quickly?
• Our DVD sets are custom-ordered from overseas and thus we do not have an Expedited delivery option available currently.
2c. Shipping is SO expensive - why?
• Our DVD sets are ordered and shipped directly from overseas - combined with the extremely heavy weight of some titles, this may end up in relatively higher shipping charges. We do heavily subsidize shipping charges for our customers, however, so the final amount you pay is palatable compared to the ACTUAL charges incurred.
2d. Can I track my shipment online?
• Yes, upon shipment you will be e-mailed with a tracking number that will allow you to follow the status of your shipment. Buy with confidence!
2e. I am purchasing this order as a gift. Can you package it discreetly?
• Yes, our packaging is discreet and we also welcome requests for custom packaging through the 'Notes' field during the checkout process.
PRODUCT:
3a. Will the DVDs I purchase from ClickDVDWarehouse.com be playable on my DVD player?
• Yes! Our DVD sets are not region-restricted, and thus will be playable on ALL DVD players, regardless of region.
3b. I can't play a few DVDs from my set, what is the problem?
• In extremely rare cases, you may experience a few DVDs out of your set that do not play fully or completely. Please contact our customer support staff who will rectify this for you. All items are fully covered by our warranty.
RETURN POLICY:
4a. I am not pleased with my purchase. What can I do?
• If you are dissatisfied with your order, please contact our customer support specialists who will be glad to assist you. All orders can be returned within 15 days of receipt for a full refund, NO QUESTIONS ASKED.
4b. I am going to return my order - what next?
• Please contact our customer support staff to receive an RMA (Return Authorisation Request) - they will guide you through the return process.
